"I hate going to the dentist. It is always a shaming for something you are not doing. I have a horrible toothache and decide to call Dr Bever’s office. They got me in right away. The receptionist was friendly, the hygienist was friendly and the Doctor is too. He explained everything, answered my questions. The office manager Tracey helped me get an appointment set up, assisted me in getting my records from my previous dentist all via email. However I detect a slight disconcern as to whether a patient can meet the appearance of what seems to be high value of the service. I detect no interest or willingness to balance cost against the patients ability to pay. This is a personal issue and in our economical times any person with a profession seems to be unwilling to go the extra mile to help people out, or people who do not have the ability to meet the high costs. This is not to blame nor criticize but rather an observation and more so of our times. Dr. Bever just seems to fall into that category and probably at not fault of his own, then again, I have absolutely no idea how many people he has helped, but just charging for product used and donation of his time and service to the individuals. "When I walked into the office I was greeted with a smile and hello from every staff member I passed. The office building is so nice! It is very calming and relaxing. I don't really remember what the lobby looked like, because I never even had to sit down before I was called back for my appointment. The entire staff was so friendly and very knowledgable! The dentist couldn't have been nicer!!! Most dentist office I have been to the dentist stops in the room, talks to you while his fingers are in your mouth, and run out without explaining anything to you or giving you a chance to ask a question. Dr. Bever takes his time. He waits until after his hands are out of your mouth and the light is out of your eyes, and then he explains his exam finding in great detail. He gives you plenty of time to ask questions! Dr. Bever and his office staff make you feel like you are the most important person there! The entire staff is very professional and friendly!
